How To Make It.............??

*First you need 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 transistor board. You can purchase from you near local market any electronics shop or follow the upper side link for purchase this board.


*Audio connection -

*Bass, treble and volume point - Bass, treble and volume point, you can see see the picture. you can connect the potentiometers on the board (as well as the picture). Mount the (100k) potentiometers on the board and solder it back side of the board. or you can connect thepotentiometers by wire. I use some connecting wire for connect the you can connect the potentiometers to board.

*Balance connection - For connect balance on this board, you need a 47k single turn potentiometer. When you 47k single turn potentiometer as a balance, potentiometer's right side and left side pin for audio and potentiometer's middle pin for gnd. Connect this 47k single turn potentiometer,s left and right pin; where audio input of the board. And  potentiometer,s middle pin connect to gnd. 



*Power connection -

*Main power supply - For main power supply, this board have 4 pcs 6A4 diodes, 2 pcs 3900uf 63 volt capacitor. You can input here 30-0-30 to 40-0-40 volt 5 ampere transformer. If you input here 30-0-30 volt 5 ampere transformer, you get 200 watt (R.M.S) output. Or if you input here 40-0-40 volt 5 ampere transformer, you get 250 watt (R.M.S) output.

*Secondary power supply - For secondary power supply this board have 4 pcs IN4007 diode, 1 pcs 1000uf 25 volt capacitor. The Secondary power supply use for only 12 volt fan and LM7805 voltage regulator ic. You input here 12 volt 1 ampere transformer.


Speaker output - This board is made with 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 transistor. So we connect speaker [+] wire where 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 transistor's Emitter is connected. And speaker's [-] wire connect with gnd.
