400 watts mono Amp using 2SC5200

Transistors

1. 8×2SC5200 Transistor.

2. 1×D718 Transistor.

3. 1×B688 Transistor.

4. 1×TIP42 Transistor.

5. 2×2229 Transistor.

6. 2×A1015 Transistor.

Capacitors

1. 2×100uf  capacitor 100v.

2. 2×10pf  capacitor 100v.

3. 2×470pf  capacitor 100v.

4. 1×2.2uf  capacitor 63v.

Resistors

1. 8×0.33Ω resistor 5w.

2. 2×100Ω resistor 1w.

3. 1×4.7kΩ resistor 1w.

4. 8×10Ω resistor 1/2w.

5. 1×33Ω resistor 1/4w.

6. 3×150Ω resistor 1/4w.

7. 1×1kΩ resistor 1/4w.

8. 1×10kΩ resistor 1/4w.

9. 2×68kΩ resistor 1/4w.

10. 1×33kΩ resistor 1/4w.

11. 2×3.3kΩ resistor 1/4w.

Diodes

1. 3×1N4007.

2. 1×Zener 24 volt 1w or 1/2w.

Power Supply

1. 1×KBPC3510.

1. 2×10000uf capacitor.

In this post I make a 400 watt stereo amplifier board using 2SC5200 transistor. This amplifier can deliver 400 watts RMS at 4Ω. For power supply you can use 45-0-45 to 50-0-50 volt 10 Amp transformer. Now follow my steps for this amplifier. First we make pcb. For make pcb you need pcb layout. download the pcb layout and print it by laser printer on photo paper. Then cut the pcb layout. Then press the pcb layout by iron on copper clad board. Press the iron 10-15 munites. Then leave the pcb for cool down 10 munites. when the pcb was cool, put the pcb in water and move the pcb layout to copper clad board. Then put the pcb in ferric chloride [FeCl3+H2O] for etching 10-15 munites. when etching was end, clean the pcb by water. Then make hole on pcb. And then press the upper side print of pcb. Now your pcb is ready mount components by instruction.

When your amplifier is ready please test series lamp after input direct power

*Series light test..........Connect a 30-100w lamp with transformer's 220v ac line in series.

* Now test this amplifier.

1. Speaker output voltage.....0.00

2. Biasing voltage........0.4-0.7

3. Audio input voltage.......0.00

4. D718 collector voltage.........[+] positive volt.

4. B688 collector voltage.........[-] negative volt.
