Circuit Diagram
*Watch this circuit diagram and follow my steps for make it.
*I am using here 1 ampere transformer but you can use this bridge rectifier wiring any ampere transformer. [Must change diode and capacitor when increase ampere on transformer]
*Watch this picture about diode [+] and [-]. The black portion of diode is positive and white portion of diode is negative.
*Then you want 4 pcs IN4007 diode (for 1 ampere transformer. must change diode when increase ampere on transformer).
*Hold diodes on the one hand of [+].
*Hold diodes on the one hand of [+].
* Then hold diodes as well as this picture. 2 diodes[+] on the one hand and 2 diodes[-] on the one hand. [connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then joint pin of diodes as well as this picture.
*watch the picture.
*Where 2 diodes [+] connected there output of DC 9 volt [-].
*Where 2 diodes [-] connected there output of DC 9 volt [+].
*And where 1 diode [+] and where 1 diode [-] connected there input ac 9 volt.
*watch the picture.
*Where 2 diodes [+] connected there output of DC 9 volt [-].
*Where 2 diodes [-] connected there output of DC 9 volt [+].
*And where 1 diode [+] and where 1 diode [-] connected there input ac 9 volt.
*Then you want 1 pcs 2200uf capacitor. (for 1 ampere transformer. must change capacitor when increase ampere on transformer).
*Watch this picture about capacitor [+] and [-]. The blue portion of capacitor is positive and white portion of capacitor is negative.
*Then connect capacitor [+] where 2 diodes [-] connected. And connect capacitor [-] where 2 diodes [+] connected. [connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then you want 3mm LED. connect 680E resistor with LED's [+] pin.
*Then connect LED's [-] pin, where capacitor [-] is connected. And connect LED's [(+) 680E] pin, where capacitor [+] is connected.
*Then apply some soldering paste on diode and capacitor pin,
*Then solder pin of diodes and capacitor carefully.
*Then connect 9 volt transformer ac 9 volt output wire, where 1 diode [+] and where 1 diode [-] connected.
[connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then connect wire on rectifier dc output. Connect [+] wire where 2 diodes [-] connected, and connect [-] wire where 2 diodes [+] connected. [connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then connect rectifier dc output [-] 9 volt wire with 6 volt battery [-]. And connect [+] 9 volt wire with IN4007 diode. [connect diode + to - ]
*Then the diode connect to 6 volt battery [+]. [connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then connect ac 220 volt wire of transformer to your home ac 220-230 volt power supply.
*Now your 6 volt battery charger is complete.
*Then connect LED's [-] pin, where capacitor [-] is connected. And connect LED's [(+) 680E] pin, where capacitor [+] is connected.
*Then apply some soldering paste on diode and capacitor pin,
*Then solder pin of diodes and capacitor carefully.
*Then connect 9 volt transformer ac 9 volt output wire, where 1 diode [+] and where 1 diode [-] connected.
[connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then connect wire on rectifier dc output. Connect [+] wire where 2 diodes [-] connected, and connect [-] wire where 2 diodes [+] connected. [connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then connect rectifier dc output [-] 9 volt wire with 6 volt battery [-]. And connect [+] 9 volt wire with IN4007 diode. [connect diode + to - ]
*Then the diode connect to 6 volt battery [+]. [connect after watch circuit the diagram].
*Then connect ac 220 volt wire of transformer to your home ac 220-230 volt power supply.
*Now your 6 volt battery charger is complete.
