In this post I make a High Gain Audio Preamplifier Booster. Which can deliver upto 2 watt R.M.S power. For power supply you can use 12-0-12V 500mA transformer. Now follow my steps for this amplifier. First we make pcb. For make pcb you need pcb layout. download the pcb layout and print it by laser printer on photo paper. Then cut the pcb layout. Then press the pcb layout by iron on copper clad board. Press the iron 10-15 munites. Then leave the pcb for cool down 10 munites. when the pcb was cool, put the pcb in water and move the pcb layout to copper clad board. Then put the pcb in ferric chloride [FeCl3+H2O] for etching 10-15 munites. when etching was end, clean the pcb by water. Then make hole on pcb. And then press the upper side print of pcb. Now your pcb is ready mount components by instruction.
After complete the board, connect wire to input, output and power supply. Then you need a plastic case for place this board. After place board connect wire to DPDT switch and Transformer.
Connect board Output wire(L,R) to DPDT down side two Pole. Now DPDT middle two pole use for output. Connect MIC socket output wire to DPDT middle two pin(L,R). DPDT upper side two Pole use for input, connect here board input and RCA socket input(L,R) together. Gnd not connect to DPDT switch. Connect MIC and RCA socket gnd wire direct to preamplifier board.
After complete DPDT switch connection. Connect wire to transformer and place the transformer in plastic case.
Transformer primary winding one wire (220V) cut through SPDT switch. Use SPDT switch middle pole and any pole for make it SPST switch.
