Speaker Protection

Hello Friends, In this post I make a speaker protector, you can use this speaker protector for up to a 2500W amplifier. This speaker protector has protection, active, clip and signal Led, so you can easily understand whether your amplifier is in faulty condition or normal condition. This circuit is powered by 12 volts. If this circuit is connected to the amplifier output, and if the transistor burns out, this circuit will not allow current to flow through the speaker. For designing my PCB, I used EasyEda online software. Test After Complete

After complete this speaker protection, touch the input terminal with a voltage wire, if the relay cutout the supply then the speaker protection is working properly. And for test Signal and Clip indicator, connect it with any power amplifier. Then play 100Hz sine wave frequency on amplifier. And then check output signal on this indicator. Check all LED step by step, by increase or decrease resistance of input potentiometer.
