1. 2×2.2kΩ resistor 1/4w.
2. 2×100kΩ resistor 1/4w.

5. 1×680Ω resistor 1/4w.
6. 1×470pF capacitor 50V.
7. 1×330pF capacitor 50V.
8. 1×102pF capacitor 50V.
9. 1×473pF capacitor 50V.
10. 3×104pF capacitor 50V.
11. 1×1uF capacitor 50/63V.
12. 1×2.2uF capacitor 50/63V.
13. 1×4.7uF capacitor 50/63V.
14. 1×2.2uF capacitor 50/63V.
15. 2×1000uF capacitor 25V.
16. 4×1N4007 diode.
17. 1×7815/ 7812 + voltage regulator ic.
18. 1×7915/ 7912 - voltage regulator ic.
19. 1×8 pin ic base.
20. 2×2 pin connector base 2.54 mm.
21. 1×3 pin connector base 2.54 mm.

In this post I make a Low pass filter using 4558D ic power supply. Frequency 20-200hz. For power supply you can use 12-0-12V 500/ 750mA transformer. Now follow my steps for this Low pass filter. First we make pcb. For make pcb you need pcb layout. download the pcb layout and print it by laser printer on A4 photo paper. Then cut the pcb layout. Then press the pcb layout by iron on copper clad board. Press the iron 10-15 munites. Then leave the pcb for cool down 10 munites. when the pcb was cool, put the pcb in water and move the pcb layout to copper clad board. Then put the pcb in ferric chloride [FeCl3+H2O] for etching 10-15 munites. when etching was end, clean the pcb by water. Then make hole on pcb. And then press the upper side print of pcb. Now your pcb is ready mount components by instruction.
