How I Make This Driver
Hello guys, in this post I make a 3000 Watt high power driver, for class AB amplifier. For 3000 Watts output you need to use 20 pair of 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 Transistors. And for 3000 Watts output you need to use 60-0-60V to 70-0-70V 30A Transformer. This Driver Is Stable for 2Ω, 4Ω and also 8Ω Load.

How To Test This Driver

:- High Voltage. This project is not for beginners, make sure you have enough knowledge for make this project.Series light test:- After complete this board don't forget to series light test. When you will on this amplifier via series light, it glow for some time (1 - 2 sec). Then series light will turned off fully. If the series light will fully turned off, then check the voltages.
Check Voltages:- Set Biasing volt:- 0.5 to 0.7V (A1837 Collector). Check Speaker Output and Audio Input voltage. Here you get no voltages 0.00V. If you get same voltages, then connect preamplifier to input and connect speaker to output.
Power Supply:- For get fully 3000 Watts of this Driver, you need to use 20 pair of 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 Transistors and 60-0-60V to 70-0-70V 30A Transformer.
