1. 1×4558D IC

2. 1×LM7812 IC

3. 1×1000uf 25V capacitor.

4. 1×10uf 50V capacitor.

5. 2×2.2uf 50V capacitor.

6. 4×470pF 50V capacitor.

7. 2×472pF 50V capacitor.

8. 4×2.7k resistor.

9. 2×10k resistor.

10. 2×100k resistor.

11. 2×220k resistor.

12. 1×680Ω resistor.

13. 4×47k dual gang potentiometer.

In this post I make a 3 way tone controller using 4558D ic and 0-12V power supply. Frequency 40hz - 16khz.  For power supply you can use 0-12V 500mA transformer. Now follow my steps for this Low pass filter. First we make pcb. For make pcb you need pcb layout. download the pcb layout and print it by laser printer on photo paper. Then cut the pcb layout. Then press the pcb layout by iron on copper clad board. Press the iron 10-15 munites. Then leave the pcb for cool down 10 munites. when the pcb was cool, put the pcb in water and move the pcb layout to copper clad board. Then put the pcb in ferric chloride [FeCl3+H2O] for etching 10-15 munites. when etching was end, clean the pcb by water. Then make hole on pcb. And then press the upper side print of pcb. Now your pcb is ready mount components by instruction.
